Total inches lost: 44” * Total weight lost: 75 lbsI just want to share with you at my heaviest I was over 250 pounds and not once did Julie ever make me feel self conscious or uncomfortable about that and I think that is part of what makes her a GREAT trainer.
At the beginning of my journey with Julie in September 2008 I was approximately 85 pounds heavier and had very little shape and throughout the process I seen not only the pounds melt away but I got curves that were underneath all those pounds. Were there days when I didn't feel like going of course just like anyone else after working 12 hours on (starting at 4am ) there were plenty of those days but was I ever glad when I was done and on my way home. It made me feel empowered and I was seeing results and that is enough to make anyone return.
The weight doesn't melt away overnight but it didn't get there overnight either. The first real noticeable change for me was when I went shopping the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was down 4 pant sizes wow!! I was so excited I hadn't been that size in 20 years and what a motivator that is. I have Julie to thank for my success without her saying you can do it come on keep going your looking great I know it wouldn't have happened for me.
Another wake up for me came the following January I seen some customers I hadn't seen since before I started with Julie and they questioned if I was the same girl they had seen just a few months ago they couldn't believe the transformation.

Here is my story:
I am a 34 year old married mother of two boys who are 3 and 5 years old. I work full time and currently am going to school full time. I
have never been significantly overweight since I always have lived an
active lifestyle but I was personally in the worse shape of my life. My stress levels were high and yes those darn saddle bags came out of no where. I had two kids, a hectic schedule and a terrible diet. I realized that I was putting everyone and everything before me and not caring for myself. meeting every week that would push me to my limit. Julie Santilli became that person. I have never tried weight training before meeting Julie and preferred cardio such as running & biking. What a difference!
I honestly can’t believe how good I feel and how quickly I was able to develop muscle definition. Although my diet is still a challenge for me I was able to still lose weight and change my overall body shape & appearance. GOODBYE saddlebags! I I even managed to keep the weight off during the holiday season. (Must
